When you sign up for a maintenance contract, you pay for a superior quality of service at a preferred price. We charge a maintenance customer a flat monthly fee which does not change throughout the term of the contract. This flat monthly fee includes a fixed amount of hours. Also included under the contract is a preventative maintenance clause compelling us to maintain your equipment on a regular basis. In other words we are your IT department.

The fixed hourly rates are calculated in accordance to your equipment's specifics. By taking you equipments information such as date of purchase, warranty status, history of service, etc. we may provide you with the superior quality of service at very preferred price.

Per Hour Plan

For small businesses or individuals with less than ten workstations, it is more efficient to contract for a specific number of hours per month to perform scheduled preventative maintenance or network management. This plan also provides more versatility to support computers of varying degrees of fitness or unique configurations.

Per Computer Plan

For small businesses with more than ten workstations or critical network management needs, it is more efficient to contract time for each computer per month to perform scheduled preventative maintenance or network management. This plan is particularly designed for a network with computers of similar fitness and configuration.

Prepaid Hour Packages

The Service Prepayment Package allows the customer to pre-purchase on-site or off-site labor time at a discounted rate. This service can be used by the customer for any regular on-site or offsite service and is not bound by a time limit or deadline. This prepayment is for service time only and does not include parts or software.
