Busy: Calls are forwarded if the extension is busy. Typically you will program this number to redirect calls to a team assistant or to a colleague. This way incoming calls are answered when you are busy on another call.

Programming "call forwarding on busy" works in similar to Call Foreward All. Dial *73 to turn it on and program the forwarding number including the 1 and area code. Like with the other codes, you can also put the number directly behind the star (*) code.
