When Kaponline sets up your email account they provide a default password. If you wish to change that default password follow these steps.

1 - Go to the webmail site at mail.kaponline.com

2 - Log in with your user name. Your user name is the first part of your email, thus what appears before the @ sign. Example username@kaponline.com.

3 - Once logged in, click on options on top.

4 - Click on Change Password.
